What do we do

Imprese di Talento is a consulting firm that designs, plans and delivers integrated communication strategies, supporting clients in building their brand identity, strengthening and managing their reputation, and developing institutional and business relationships at both national and European level.

We support corporate top management and public and institutional figures through ghostwriting and speechwriting, spin doctoring and campaign management activities.

Crisis Communication

Any organization may find itself facing a crisis: knowing how to manage the situation promptly and effectively is essential to prevent it from escalating violently and causing irreversible damage to the business and to the organization’s image.

In this area, we develop targeted crisis communication strategies, first and foremost by analyzing risk scenarios through a data analytics dashboard. Our first action is therefore predictive in nature. If we are called in to support crisis situations that are already underway, our team will activate several parallel actions. On the one hand, an early diagnosis of the crisis event will be carried out, followed by in-depth analysis of the causes that triggered it. At the same time, remediation actions—based on strategic planning—will be implemented, including:

  • Drafting position papers and communication materials aligned with the chosen course of action

  • Setting up a single control room to manage internal and external communications, including social media

  • Managing the evolution of the acute phases and planning targeted actions to handle the post-crisis period

  • If necessary, defining repositioning strategies in response to the damage caused by the crisis situation
